How it Works

  1. Step 1: Register for FREE on our website.
  2. Step 2: Setup your Service Profile. You can create multiple service profiles for different skills you have. For ex. If you are a Graphics Designer, you can create a service profile for Logo Designing. At the same time, you can create another service profile for Photo Editing. For each service profile you can set up corresponding prices matching the work involved.
    Under each Service Profile, you can set up to 3 different packages – Basic, Standard, Premium. Basic package is usually the lowest one in terms of pricing & the work delivered. Under the Basic package, you can set prices to as low as $5.00. Standard package is higher than the Basic One (in terms of Price & Work). Premium package is the top most that goes for maximum price.
    Try to keep your service profile clean with only the relevant information related to the work involved. Do not post your contact information of any kind (Phone, Email, Website). Any profiles sharing the contact details would be rejected & removed from the website without any notice.
  3. Step 3: Once a Buyer is interested in your Service, he/she will contact you via the Message Board. You will also get an alert via email when comes sends a message.
  4. Step 4: When you’re done discussing with the Buyer via Message Board, the Buyer can either select any of your Service Package (Basic, Standard, Premium) for the given service profile … else, you can create a custom offer based on the specific custom requirement from the Buyer. With a custom offer, you can charge a custom price & against the work that needs to be done.
  5. Step 5: After Buyer buys your Service, we collect the money on your behalf from the Buyer. The money remains in our safe custody until the work is finished. That’s what we call Escrow service. Money once paid by the Buyer into Escrow cannot be taken back by him/her. Only the Seller has the power to do so, or the support team in case any dispute arises. Likewise, the money from Escrow can be transferred to Seller’s account only by the Buyer … when he/she is satisfied with the work done. This way both the Seller & Buyer has 50-50 control over the money involved.
  6. Step 6: After your money is collected by us, you will get an alert to start working on the project. You’re free to communicate with the Buyer via the Message Board during the project.
  7. Step 7: After completing the work, you can deliver the finished work to the Buyer for approval.
  8. Step 8: Once Buyer approves the work, he/she can mark it completed & that’s when we transfer your money from Escrow to your account.
  9. Step 9: If there is a dispute you can contact our 24x7 Support for early resolution.
  10. Step 10: Rate the Buyer for the service delivered.
  11. Step 11: You’re done. Now wait for your next exciting assignment.
